Who we are

Informational website

Program descriptions, schedules, and prices on this site are informational. They do not create a binding purchase until we confirm a seat in writing and you accept tuition arrangements offline. This website does not process payments or host a checkout.

Enrollment

When you request a seat, you agree to provide accurate contact details and a truthful description of your role and goals. We may decline enrollment if a cohort is full, if prerequisites are unmet, or if the program is unsuitable for the stated need.

Conduct in the studio

Participants treat facilitators and peers respectfully, keep confidential any client scenarios shared in class, and use studio materials only for personal learning unless we grant written permission otherwise.

Intellectual property

Course worksheets, templates, and site content belong to Panel Covehub or its licensors. You may keep your personal notes and completed exercises. You may not redistribute course packs commercially.

No professional guarantees

Training improves methods and artifacts; it does not guarantee employment, promotion, or project outcomes at your workplace.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Vietnamese law, Panel Covehub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from training participation beyond the tuition paid for the relevant program.

Changes

We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Binh Duong unless mandatory consumer rules require otherwise.
