Refunds & cancellations
Last updated: 20 August 2026. These rules apply to classroom tech analysis programs offered by Panel Covehub at our Hung Dinh studio. They do not cover products, shipping, or digital subscriptions—we do not sell those.
Eligibility
Refunds apply only to tuition you have already paid for a confirmed cohort seat. Website visitors who only submit a contact form are not charged and need no refund.
Timeframe for full refund
Cancel in writing (email to hello@panel-covehub.click) at least 14 full days before the cohort start date listed on your confirmation, and you receive a full refund of tuition paid for that seat.
Partial refund
Cancel between 13 and 7 days before the start date: 50% of tuition paid is refundable. Cancel fewer than 7 days before the start date: tuition is non-refundable unless we cancel the cohort.
Non-refundable items
- Printed materials or workbooks already prepared specifically for you after day-one attendance.
- Private coaching hours already delivered.
- Administrative bank fees charged by your payment provider when refunding, if any.
If we cancel or reschedule
If Panel Covehub cancels a cohort, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later cohort at no extra tuition. If we reschedule by more than 14 days and you cannot attend, you may request a full refund.
Deposits
When a deposit is used to hold a seat, it follows the same timelines above and is applied toward tuition. A forfeited deposit under the late-cancellation window is not separately refundable.
No-shows
Missing the first session without prior notice counts as a late cancellation. Missed sessions are not refundable and are not automatically retaught, though facilitators may share catch-up notes at their discretion.
Work already started
After a cohort begins, refunds cover only unused remaining weeks if we mutually agree to withdraw for documented medical or relocation reasons; otherwise the partial-refund window above applies only before start.
How to request a refund
Email hello@panel-covehub.click with your full name, program title, start date, and payment reference. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval. We do not issue cash at the studio.
Rescheduling by the participant
One free transfer to a later cohort of the same program is allowed if requested at least 7 days before start and if seats remain. Additional transfers may incur an administrative fee disclosed before you confirm.
