What systems analysis is not
Analysis is not wireframing, not project management, and not a synonym for “talking to users once.”

Analysis is not wireframing, not project management, and not a synonym for “talking to users once.”
In many Vietnamese product teams, “analyst” becomes a catch-all for anyone who writes tickets. That blur makes training hard to evaluate and makes handoffs messy.
Systems analysis focuses on how work actually flows: who decides, which constraints bind the design, and what must be true before build starts. It sits upstream of UI polish and sprint planning.
If your job title says analyst but your week is only backlog grooming, you may need a sharper method—not more meetings.
